Good inhalation and exhalation trainer

I was looking for something to improve total lung function. Some trainers only work on one part of the breath cycle, say exhalation. This product works on both parts, so a plus. Also low setting is low enough when just starting out if you have lung issues. Can dial up as you get stronger. This is a good starter tool to use for strengthening your lungs. I don't know how long it will last over time, but I think this is a good start. Better than expected

I wanted to try breathing exercises but couldn’t bring myself to spend the $50 to $70 for ones I had originally looked at. So I thought I’d give this one a shot. Good price, small & hands free. Some aren’t. So far I really like it. I’m new to this so maybe in a couple months I might try something else. Or, maybe not. For now though I’m happy with it and expect my results will have more to do with my efforts than not spending 2-3 times as much for another brand. Will likely be buying another for my spouse.P.S. I just started breath training to help lower my blood pressure. I do believe that I can feel a difference by using this. Think raising your arm alone vs raising it with a modest weight in your hand. Helps a lot

I bought this for my daughter as she would sometimes feel tightness in her chest while doing certain sports (basketball, track) or just while running in gym class. Since she’s been using it (a couple of times a week at first and then less often), she feels like her lungs have opened up and her breathing during exercises/sports has improved so much. She doesn’t have to take breaks anymore and can endure the entire workout. We clean it with soap and warm water and let it sit, trying to drain it as much as possible. Soaking it in warm soapy water helps as well. Just ensure that it has drained enough.
